Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the Patta invoice is included inside for identification.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
